NGAA represents more than five million people living in Australia’s fast-growing suburbs, united by the shared experiences of population growth rates at double the national average and long-term under-investment in vital infrastructure.
The Health Research Institute (UC HRI) within the University of Canberra delivers leading research to support a healthier future for Canberra, Australia and the world. The UC HRI team examines how factors may influence community health and wellbeing: where they live and work, how they move through their community, what access they have to community facilities, how connected they are to people around them, and what interactions they have with the healthcare system. The UC HRI team looks for real world solutions to real life problems.
The Australian Urban Design Research Centre (AUDRC) at The University of Western Australia is a centre dedicated to improving the quality of urban places in Australia. Through a comprehensive teaching and research program, and in collaboration with industry partner organisations, the centre’s focus is on policy-relevant research in the areas of urban densification, public open space design and usage, intersections between public health and urban design, and adaptive urban design strategies under current and future climate conditions.
The Australian Institute of Traffic Planning and Management Ltd (AITPM) is the national association for transport professionals and practitioners who plan, design, engineer, deliver, operate, manage, measure, and support Australia's transport systems. AITPM supports the transport community to connect, collaborate, and participate to advance their skills, capabilities, and knowledge, with the aim of delivering sustainable, efficient, safe, and accessible transport systems.
